Within the Quality Function of Toyota’s European Headquarter, our team is the ultimate responsible to guarantee that the products we are introducing to the market will meet customers’ expectations.  Hence, we are responsible to audit, evaluate & improve the overall quality level for European vehicle projects (from concept until start of production). We are currently looking at supporting our quality operations related to vehicle conversion projects. Your responsibilities You collect and study past quality concerns to understand how to prevent them in the next vehicle conversion projects  You define and plan the required quality improvement and audit activities for the next vehicle conversion projects together with the related stakeholders in other related departments at Toyota and conversion partners You coordinate and roll out these quality activities throughout the different stages of the project in collaboration with the other stakeholders from quality, Toyota and conversion partner You define and align with related projects stakeholders on the key quality performance indicators and other project mandatory deliverables, follow up these indicators and deliverables continuously and confirm their achievement during each stage/milestone of the project You lead the audit of the converted vehicle’s quality level by performing confirmation activities during development stage & during pre-production stage, with support from expert auditors You provide recommendation to the judgement authority about the readiness to release the converted vehicles to the market You continuously look for ways to improve current working methodologies and standardise the learnings and best practises into concrete procedures  CompanyToyota is one of the world’s largest automobile manufacturers and a leading global corporation.
