JOB TITLE:

• Site Supervisor - Assistant Architect.

FUNCTION:

• Work as an Assistent Architect – Site Supervisor.
• Participate in the execution phase, in particular evaluate:
  • the most appropriate technical solutions;
  • the technical data sheets;
  • the execution plans and the details;
  • the project planning.
• Make sure that the projects assigned will be executed in accordance with:
  • applicable regulations;
  • the quality system and the H&S rules of the client.
• Responsible for ensuring that the timing and the quality of the execution works is as required.
• Answer to the wishes and needs of the client
• Keep up with the standards, guidelines and new techniques and developments in the discipline and report these to the team members.
• Work together with colleagues, external partners (other architects, STRUC and MEP engineers, contractors during the construction phase, etc.) and clients in a constructive way.

PROFILE:

• Architect or Engineer-architect (more then 2 years of experience).
• Knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of REVIT.
• Be used to MS Office.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Can work autonomously, efficiently to meet personal and general objectives.
• Dynamic and excellent communication skills.
• Flexible and good organiser.
• Team player.
• VCA certified.
• Dutch: very good (speaking and writing).
• English: good (speaking and writing).
