HR Officer


Functie

Supports human resources processes by scheduling appointments, organizing introductions & trainings, maintaining records and information, giving first line support and handling payroll administration. The HR Officer will report to the HR Director.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Welcomes new employees to the organization by supervising the roll-out of the onboarding process;
  • Helps to roll-out the HR strategy;
  • Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records;
  • Contact for employees and managers regarding payroll related questions, absences, social law, etc.; Holds end responsibility for payroll and manages monthly salary payments to our employees in cooperation with SD Worx & Protime;
  • End responsibility for benefits by managing group insurance, hospitalization insurance, meal vouchers, fleet, allowances, …;
  • Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and data-change records;
  • Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential;
  • Implements and holds end responsibility for the Time Registration Tool (Protime);
  • Maintains quality service by following organization standards;
  • Supports proper exit;
  • Ensures social law compliance by attending educational workshops and reviewing publications;
  • ...

Jouw profiel

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience;
  • 2 to 5 years’ experience in a similar HR-function;
  • Dutch-speaking with a good knowledge of English;
  • Strong in Excel, knowledge of eBlox and Protime is a plus;
  • Strong in administration, structured approach;
  • Knowledge of payroll & social legislation;
  • Natural interest in people & hands-on.

  • Individuele dossiers van werknemers opvolgen en updaten
    De wettelijke aangifte indienen
  • Documenten voor de opvolging en het beheer van het personeel opmaken en actualiseren (sociale overzichtstabellen, salaristabellen, planning van vakanties, ...)
  • Het administratieve personeelsbeheer opvolgen: Opleiding (deelnemers oproepen, zalen reserveren, ...)
  • Nieuwe werknemers verwelkomen en hun integratie bevorderen
  • Het administratieve personeelsbeheer opvolgen: Pensioen en groepsverzekering
  • Opleidingsnoden van het personeel verzamelen en samenvatten
  • Loongegevens invoeren (premies, uitkeringen, maandelijkse salarissen, inhoudingen, ...)
    Loonstrookjes controleren
