Your Role

- Leading and mentoring backend engineers
- Participating in performance reviews and building growth plans for engineers
- Building mobile APIs and developing micro services to evolve the  architecture
- Perfecting a number of systems that the business depend on, like risk management, fraud detection, payment processing, etc.


Your Profile

• Java software engineer back end 7+ years

Experience with the following technologies:

- Java 17
- GCP or AWS
- Kubernetes
- Docker
- PostgreSQL
- Spock
- Spark (nice to have)

- Working experience with Domain-Driven Design principles, practices, and patterns
- Working experience with scalable distributed systems
- Knowledge of different architectural patterns
- Knowledge of DevOps principles and practices

• French or Dutch nice to have

Our Offer

• 600 - 800 EUR/ day, depending on expertise
• 6 month initial contract,
• Hybrid 2 days /week on site in Brussels
