Hallå! Or should we say: hallo!

Mixing dough for your delicious cake, boiling water to prepare your five-star dish or brewing your tasty coffee every morning: it takes good working kitchen equipment. KitchenAid aims to make a difference for every master chef among us, but cannot do this alone. It is therefore looking for a Swedish and English- speaking ‘sous-chef’ to support chefs from a distance. Providing customers with advice tailored to their needs.

Do you also believe it is important not to be left alone on your kitchen island? And do you think you know how to help through various communication channels (calling, writing, texting, emailing)? Then we might be looking for you!

Who are we looking for?

  • Your first language is Swedish and you are proficient in English ;
  • You are available from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 6 pm;
  • You are an active listener;
  • You can deal with stress and enjoy working in a team;
  • You have a minimum of computer skills.

  • Uitwerken van middelen voor informatieverwerking en communicatie
    De aanpassing van informatiesystemen voorstellen
  • Klanten: Key accounts
  • Kwaliteitsprocedures van de klantendienst uitwerken of verder uitwerken
    Controleren of kwaliteitsprocedures toegepast worden
  • Klanten: Particulieren
  • Opvolggegevens van de activiteiten registreren
    Jaarrapporten opstellen
    Verbeteringen voorstellen
  • Klanten: Bedrijven
  • Oplossingen voorstellen als antwoord op de klachten van de klanten of het dossier doorsturen naar de geschillendienst, de logistieke dienst, ...
  • Acties van de commerciële dienst, logistieke dienst, productieafdeling, ... coördineren bij de lancering van nieuwe producten of promotiecampagnes
  • Klantendossiers administratief opvolgen (controle van de betalingen, leveringen, ...)
  • De opmerkingen van de klanten verzamelen en doorsturen naar de dienst productie, marketing, onderzoek, ontwikkeling, ...
  • Prestatie-indicatoren voor de dienst uitwerken
    De resultaten analyseren
    Aanpassingen doorvoeren
  • Key accounts opvolgen
