We are seeking candidates with technical-functional expertise in SAP HCM environments, to join both exciting SAP on-premise and S/4 HANA projects. We are looking for an experienced, motivated individual to take ownership on both projects and service offering.
This role reports to the Manager SAP HCM.

Being part of SAP on-premise or S/4 HANA conversion projects, you have following tasks and responsibilities :

• Analyze business requirements and develop effective configuration solutions
• Lead client workshops
• Support clients in defining and documenting HCM business purposes
• Design solutions using standard SAP and estimate efforts to solve identified gaps, prioritize gaps and design the implementation plan
• Build prototypes: implement the solution in a development and test environment
• Define the testing approach, development of test scripts, execution of test scripts, gaps recording and resolution
• Finalise the configuration and development: migrate solution to productive environment, perform data migration activities, perform cut over activities
• Organise and support the solution
• Being able to build effective relations with customers to establish long-term business partnerships
• Conduct knowledge transfer activities to support clients in developing their skills.
• Participate in internal knowledge transfer in order to extend and enhance the Deloitte competence centre team

• technisch-functionele expertise in SAP HCM-omgevingen
• S 4/HANA
• Analyseer de zakelijke vereisten en ontwikkel effectieve configuratie-oplossingen
• Leid klantworkshops
• Ontwerp oplossingen met behulp van standaard SAP en schat de inspanningen om geïdentificeerde hiaten op te lossen, prioriteer hiaten en ontwerp het implementatieplan
• Bouw prototypes: implementeer de oplossing in een ontwikkelings- en testomgeving.
• Definieer de testaanpak, ontwikkeling van testscripts, uitvoering van testscripts, opname en oplossing van hiaten.
• Finaliseer de configuratie en ontwikkeling
• In staat zijn om effectieve relaties op te bouwen met klanten

Aanbod

• Min. 4 jaar ervaring in SAP HCM z
• Ervaring in één of meer van de volgende modules: Personeelsadministratie, Organisatiemanagement, Tijdsbeheer, Salarisadministratie, Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service
• Ervaring met ABAP-ontwikkeling en functioneel begrip van het HR-domein.
• Professionele presentatie- en communicatievaardighede
• Dynamische teamspeler, gedreven, zelfgemotiveerd, flexibel en in staat om strakke deadlines te halen
• Idealiter drietalig: Engels, Nederlands, Frans
