Customer Service Representative


Functie

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately administer the complete sales order process, from order receipt to invoicing.
  • Select the appropriate material for sales to customers and efficiently communicate with logistic partners.
  • Resolve any documentary or delivery issues that may arise throughout the supply chain.
  • Communication with customers through various channels
  • Properly manage and prepare the sales documents.

Our client provides sales and marketing support for its chemical and gas producing partner companies. The Company offers super absorbent polymers, functional chemicals, fine chemicals, gases, and electronic gas equipment. Our client manages the group's sales and distribution operations throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. In 2007, Our client was set up in Machelen, Belgium in order to facilitate their goals of expanding the European market share, improving European sales, and increasing production volume. Since then, Our client has been a subsidiary and serves as the sales organization for the European continent. The team based in Machelen is looking for a Customer Service Representative for the commercialization of a wide range of chemicals for the international market.

    Oplossingen voorstellen in geval van problemen (levering, garantie, reglement, ...)

Aanbod

  • You will be part of a Japanese chemical manufacturer that continues to grow globally and contribute to society. On the other hand, you will experience the familiar, SME type of atmosphere in the European office.
  • A compensation and benefits package aligned to the industry sector:
  • A full-time or part time (part time employment contract with a minimum of 80% working schedule)
  • 39h/week (for a full-time contract)
  • 8h/day from Monday to Thursday and on Friday 7h (flexible hours between 7.30 am 9.30 am (and as from 7. Am on Friday) with 1 hour break and the possibility to stop from 4 pm and on Friday at 2.30 pm
  • Homeworking 2 days/week after the training
  • Min 31 days holiday: (20 days + 6 ADV (for full time) + 5 extra because closed between Christmas & New Year) + long weekend + 1 day off per 5 years seniority
