Sales Representative with Marketing Skills


Functie

As a Sales Representative with marketing skills, you will play a pivotal role in the success of the new Mautic Trials platform by engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the benefits of our solutions. Your expertise in sales and marketing will be instrumental in developing strategies to improve lead conversion rates and overall customer satisfaction. You will be at the forefront of our expansion, acting as the bridge between our potential customers and the technical teams to ensure our solutions meet market demands.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and qualify incoming leads, ensuring a smooth and efficient conversion process.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies and implement marketing automation best practices.
  • Work closely with the product team to provide insights on customer needs and market trends, influencing product development and enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, understanding their business challenges and demonstrating how our solutions can address their needs.
  • Optimize the lead flow process, identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness with the free trial project lead.
  • Participate in the creation of marketing materials and sales strategies to better align with customer journeys and increase conversion rates with our marketing automation experts.
  • Work together with the open source community.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to the team with CRO.

Jouw profiel

  • Proven experience in sales, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and lead generation strategies.
  • Experience with Mautic is important.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to drive sales and improve customer experience.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for technology and innovation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
