Join our dynamic Digital Workplace Technology team as a Microsoft 365 Business Application & Employee Experience Squad Lead. In this role, you will spearhead the development and delivery of innovative solutions utilizing Microsoft 365 technology. Your leadership will drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the squad while ensuring seamless collaboration and exceptional performance. Responsibilities:

• Lead the Business Application & Employee Experience Squad, fostering a culture of agility, innovation, and excellence among developers, analysts, and architects.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of solutions utilizing Microsoft 365 technology, including Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams, Azure, and Dynamics 365.
• Ensure solutions meet quality, security, scalability, and usability standards, aligning with Microsoft and organizational best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, expectations, and feedback, providing valuable solutions that enhance user experience.
• Manage project budget, resources, planning, risks, and issues, providing regular progress reports.
• Coach, mentor, and develop squad members to maximize their potential.
• Align squad goals and roadmap with Microsoft's vision and trends in the Microsoft 365 domain.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of team leadership experience in the Microsoft domain, with a focus on Microsoft 365 technology.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft products, including Power Platform, Viva, Teams, SharePoint, Azure PaaS, and Dynamics 365.
• Proven ability to define and execute vision, strategy, and roadmap for squads, delivering solutions aligned with business and user needs.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, thriving in an international, cross-functional, and agile environment.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, empowering and inspiring teams.
• Experience as a Solution Architect within the Office 365 domain is advantageous.
• Enthusiastic and teamwork-oriented mindset, dedicated to driving success through collaboration.
