Our partner is collaborating in one of the biggest infrastructure upgrades nation wide. They are looking for a savvy and experienced Technical Buyer that can lead negotiations with key stake holders. Experience in the public sector is a big asset. Your impact in this project is critical seen the importance of the contracts you will be negotiating.

Location: Brussels
Contract type: Consultancy (1 year mission - renewable)
Language required: Dutch mother tongue + French & English
Experience as Tech buyer/Contract processor: minimum 5 years.

• Serve as the operational liaison between internal clients and suppliers within the "Signalling Projects" department.
• Negotiate Change Requests, ensuring their tracking and implementation.
• Manage a critical contract essential for the Master Plan ETCS.

Jouw profiel

• Minimum 5 years experience as Technical Buyer.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a keen interest in technology.
• Affinity with the Public Sector.
• Dutch (required) & French & English must be spoken very fluently.
• Technical bachelor is a big asset.

• Inschrijvingen op de aanbestedingen analyseren en evalueren of de leveranciers aan de vraag kunnen voldoen
• De aankoopstrategie van een onderneming uitwerken of verder uitbouwen
• De uitvoering van de aankoopcontracten tot aan de betaling opvolgen (hoeveelheid, kwaliteit, leveringstermijnen, ...)
• Geschillendossiers behandelen (oplossing van geschillen, behandeling van klachten, ...)
