We are looking for a dynamic and creative student to join this international farmaceutical company and contribute to the development and implementation of their global communication strategy.

This organization operates on a global scale, with offices in Panama, Singapore, Zaventem, and hubs in Spain. They are committed to fostering a cohesive and consistent communication approach across all regions.

As a 'Communication Strategy Assistant', you will collaborate closely with the 'Global Logistics & Network Services Operations Lead'. You will become her assistant to enhance communication efforts and ensuring a unified approach throughout the organization. This position is ideal for a student with a background in communication studies, possessing innovative ideas to elevate their global communication strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development:

- Explore new communication trends and recommend innovative strategies.

- Collaborate with regional teams in Panama and Singapore to align communication efforts.

2. Newsletter Launch:

- Initiate and lead the launch of a company-wide newsletter.

- Collaborate with teams in Panama and Singapore, working towards a unified newsletter for the entire organization.

3. Template Design:

- Develop standardized communication templates for consistent use.

- Ensure a cohesive visual identity across various communication channels.

4. Content Creation:

- Draft compelling communications for different purposes.

- Promote and communicate global activities, such as International Women's Day.

5. Diversity and Inclusion:

- Contribute to initiatives focused on diversity and inclusion.

Bedrijfsprofiel:

Producing more than 300 million medicines is one thing. In order to help patients around the world, all these medicines must of course also get there. Through the distribution center in Zaventem, this worldwide leading pharmaceutical company reaches more than 170 countries, from Africa to Europe to China.

Jouw profiel

Requirements:

- You have a background in communication studies and are at least in your third bachelor

- You have a profound knowledge of the latest trends and tools in communicaion.

- Proficiency in English (speaking and writing) with excellent grammar skills.

- Availability for two days per week for a duration of 6 months.

- Proficient in digital tools, particularly Microsoft applications.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Proactive and independent worker whot takes ownership.

- Excellent interpersonal skills to relate to all levels of the organization.
