Your Mission
You will be responsible for acquiring new customers and expanding the client base in Belgium (Flanders + future expansion to southern Netherlands):

  • Implement sales strategies for your assigned sales area
  • Independently plan customer visits, build and maintain a customer base
  • Advise customers and prospects on product applications
  • Participate in industry trade fairs and conduct market and competitor analyses
  • Report to the German sales management: set market-appropriate prices and conditions, provide feedback on marketing actions, competitors, customer feedback, and complaints
  • Prepare weekly travel reports and regular expense claims

You will work closely with all departments at the German headquarters as well as the international sales team. A multilingual inside sales team supports you with customer inquiries.

  • Commercial education, ideally with a technical focus
  • At least 2–3 years of sales experience with technical or complex products; ideally experience in hydraulics and pneumatics
  • Languages: German and fluent Dutch
  • Driving license class B
  • Strong sales skills, independence, and willingness to travel frequently (3–4 days/week, 1 day home office)
  • Residence in Belgium
