Job Responsibilities
Participate in various transactions, including IPO, corporate finance advisory and ECM projects;
Work with senior investment bankers to assess potential deals, conduct relevant research and prepare proposals;
Conduct due diligence works, market research, financial analysis and work on listing rules compliance matters and regulatory check;
Prepare listing documents and draft/review announcements and circulars (for corporate finance staff only);
Liaise with external professional parties and communicate with relevant authorities or regulators;
Assist in ad-hoc project(s)
Job Requirements
University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
Previous working experience in IPO, corporate finance advisory or ECM.
Knowledge in PRC capital market
Strong analytical, financial modelling and valuation skills
Team player with strong communication and time management skills and ability to work under pressure
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Points and Chinese typing
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Associate Director, ECM
