In this role, you will drive growth through strategic investments, acquisitions, and partnerships, influencing the company’s direction in semiconductor design, manufacturing, and process technologies.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and Evaluate Opportunities: Spot, assess, and recommend potential investments, acquisitions, and partnerships across semiconductor design, manufacturing, and process sectors. Conduct thorough due diligence and present actionable proposals to leadership.
• Drive Business Strategy: Lead business strategy development and execution, from deal negotiation to post-investment integration, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Build and Nurture an Ecosystem: Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams, external partners, and consulting agencies to strengthen a robust semiconductor ecosystem.
• Provide Strategic Insights: Monitor industry trends and market developments, delivering insights that guide business decisions and help position the company for long-term success.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a semiconductor, electronics, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the semiconductor industry, with exposure to business development or strategic roles.
