To support our growth, we are looking for a motivated and curious Application Support Engineer to join our team!
Your impact
As an Application Support Engineer, you'll be at the heart of our mission to make robotic automation enhanced with 3D Vision more mainstream.
You'll empower customers worldwide to unlock the full potential of our 3D vision platform, ensuring they achieve operational excellence in their automated manufacturing environments.
- Technical Excellence: Provide expert support for our AI-enhanced 3D vision solutions via email, video calls, and on-site visits
- System Optimization: Install, configure, and update Pickit3D systems for optimal performance in diverse industrial environments
- Knowledge Leadership: Create comprehensive documentation and knowledge base articles that empower our global community
- Product Evolution: Collaborate directly with our R&D team to influence product development based on real-world customer insights
- Global Reach: Support customers across OEMs and their main suppliers in the automotive sector, plus innovative manufacturers worldwide in other verticals. Travel within the EU is to be expected for about 35% of your time.

Your Profile
- Technical Foundation: Bachelor's/Master's in ICT, Robotics, Automation, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Programming Proficiency: Good knowledge of Linux, C++, and/or Python
- Communication Excellence: Outstanding written and verbal English skills
- Automation Affinity: Genuine passion for robotics, machine vision, and industrial automation
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Creative approach to complex technical challenges
- Customer-Centric: Love for helping customers succeed and building lasting relationships
- Rapid Learning: Ability to quickly master new technologies and applications
Bonus Points:
- Experience with industrial robots and automation systems
- Background in computer vision or machine learning
- Previous customer support or technical consulting experience
- Familiarity with manufacturing environments (automotive, pharma, food processing)
