The company provides a next-generation sourcing and recruitment tool that helps recruitment agencies, staffing firms, ESNs and corporate talent teams identify, engage and place high-impact talent faster. Belgium is the next strategic growth market. This role is a creation. You will build the country from scratc ! WHY JOIN THEM ? You will own Belgium from day one. Close collaboration with CEO and Head of Sales. Strong inbound support already in place Clear evolution path (Become Country Manager) THE ROLE Reporting to the Head of Sales (Paris) and working closely with the CEO, you will: Develop and structure the Belgian market Close inbound qualified leads Identify and hunt strategic accounts Define the local go-to-market strategy Optimize sales processes and performance Your split: 2/3 Closing Manage inbound warm leads Run full-cycle sales (discovery → demo → negotiation → close)1-6 week cycle €5-10k ARR deals 1/3 Strategic Development Target high-potential accounts Structure Belgium sales strategy Manage local prospecting budget Coordinate Belgian service providers Tools: CRM (Attio) Prospecting tools (FullEnrich) PROFILE Experience: Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience (CDI) Mandatory: SaaS B2B sales OR strong recruitment / staffing / placement background Skills: Full-cycle sales Comfortable closing and hunting Experience selling ARR-based solutions Languages: Native Dutch / Flemish dutch (mandatory) Fluent English French is a plus Mindset: Builder Intrapreneurial Autonomous Execution-focused Motivated to develop a market from zero Not a fit if: You need strong structure and layers You prefer large corporate environments MODALITIES & PACKAGE Location: Belgium Remote: Fully remote Contract: CDI or freelance Compensation: €38k-€45k base Uncapped variable (OTE can realistically double base)
