General Mission
Oversee all operational aspects from manufacturing until the end of live of the product in accordance with the company’s objectives.
Main responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective operational strategies and tools that support the company's growth objectives.
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the company's operations, including supply chain management, manufacturing, quality control, logistics, and customer service.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures that ensure the highest quality standards for our products.
- Deploy and master all tools and SW required to manage operations.
- Define, Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and optimize operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
- Manage the budget for the operations department and ensure that all expenses are within budget.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.
Required competencies
You have (required):
- Bachelor's degree Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management in the medical device industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of FDA regulations and ISO 13485 quality standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
