Azure & O365 Allround Support Engineer


Are you an experienced IT support professional with strong expertise in Azure and Microsoft 365? Do you enjoy solving complex issues, taking ownership of tickets, and making a real impact in a modern cloud-first environment?br/ We are looking for an L2/L3 Support Engineer to strengthen an international IT team and ensure smooth operations across cloud and infrastructure services.br/ br/ h2Function description /h2 ul liProvide second- and third-line support for Azure M365. /li liAnalyse, prioritise and resolve incidents using ServiceNow. /li liTroubleshoot and support issues related to: ul liAzure AD, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams SharePoint /li liWindows Server (migrations updates) /li liBasic networking (VPN, Firewall, switching) /li liPrinting and data reporting issues /li /ul /li liAutomate recurring tasks using PowerShell. /li liCollaborate on projects (migrations, ITIL processes, security testing). /li liWork proactively to improve processes and prevent incidents. /li /ul br/ h2Profile description /h2 ul li5+ years of IT support experience, including 2-3 years on L2/L3 level. /li liStrong knowledge of Azure Microsoft 365. /li liExperience with Windows Server Active Directory. /li liFamiliar with ticketing tools (ServiceNow is a plus). /li liFluent in English (Dutch or French is a plus). /li liProactive, hands-on and solution-oriented mindset. /li /ul br/ h2Offer /h2 ul liA challenging support role with strong focus on cloud technologies. /li liVariety: a mix of support and project involvement. /li liCompetitive salary package with extra benefits. /li liTraining and certification opportunities to boost your career. /li /ul
