Fully Remote Full Stack Engineer (React + Node.js) | Brussels-Based Digital Transformation &##128640; ⚠️ EU-Based Only | No Visa Sponsorship | Dutch or French Required We’re partnered with a Brussels-based tech company undergoing a major digital transformation . They’re looking for a senior freelance full stack engineer to lead the overhaul of their frontend and refactor their backend into a modern, service-based architecture. You’ll work closely with design, product, and other engineers to modernise their platform from both a UX and system design perspective. &##Implementation of a microfrontend architecture to allow scalable modular development Backend: Refactor of monolithic backend into Node.js-based microservices js , Node.js , and TypeScript ~ Experience working in distributed teams on full stack applications ~ Solid backend design experience (API development, caching, queuing, monitoring) ~ CI/CD, Docker, Git, and cloud deployment experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) ~ Fluent in Dutch or French (spoken and written) ~⚠️ Start : ASAP Fully Remote (EU hours) Language : Dutch or French required If you’re looking for a role that combines system ownership, technical challenge, and full autonomy - this is it. &##If you’ve done killer work, I’ll find it.
