If you're passionate about driving innovation and want to build the future of imaging, we want you on our team About the Role: As Principal Image Sensor Analog Design Engineer, you will lead the design and development of analog circuits for next-generation CMOS image sensors. This is a senior technical role requiring deep expertise in analog front-end design, pixel-level circuits, and system integration for high-performance imaging applications. Key Responsibilities: Design & Optimize Analog Blocks: Bias/reference circuits, ADCs, amplifiers, and drivers for CMOS image sensors . Develop low-noise, high-speed circuits to meet stringent image quality requirements (SNR, DR, FPN). Pixel-Level Integration: Co-optimize pixel and analog front-end performance. Enhance global shutter, HDR, and low-light capabilities. Simulation & Validation: Perform transistor-level simulations (SPICE) and corner analysis. Close collaboration with the characterization team to ensure measurability and performance qualification of the designed sensor. Technical Leadership: Lead complex analog IC design activities as topic expert. Drive innovation and contribute to IP development and patents. Qualifications: Education: Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or Physics. Experience: 10+ years of experience in analog IC design, preferably for CMOS image sensors. Proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso, SPICE, and layout verification tools. Strong understanding of sensor physics, noise modeling, and mixed-signal design. Experience with global shutter, HDR, and advanced pixel architectures. Knowledge of wafer stacking, TSV integration, and hybrid bonding is a plus. Experience with characterization and test methodologies and measurement setups Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
