Belgium | Site-Based | Data Centre Project | Contract

A specialist digital construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Geospatial / Engineering Surveyor for a live data centre construction project in Belgium.

This is a full-time, site-based role supporting a technically demanding, mission-critical build.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Establishing and maintaining primary & secondary control networks
• High-accuracy structural & MEP setting out
• Terrestrial 3D laser scanning & QA/QC
• As-built verification
• Processing and validating survey data
• Coordinating with BIM and site management teams

This is a precision-focused role within a digitally coordinated construction environment — not basic setting out.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction surveying
• Strong setting out background on large-scale projects
• Experience with GNSS, robotic total stations & 3D laser scanning
• Ability to operate confidently in a fast-paced site environment
• Working knowledge of BIM-supported delivery
• Data centre experience preferred but not essential
