Business Developer Odoo

As dear digital continues to grow, we're looking for a driven Business Developer to join our team. You’ll play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and developing new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our Odoo solutions.

• You will be responsible for business development in all its facets.
• Proactively network with potentially interesting leads and generate new leads. You will follow up on incoming leads and convert them into opportunities.
• Capture the needs of the customer through analysis and conversations together with our Solution Architects.
• Develop and confidently deliver tailored demos to clients.
• Provide expert advice to customers, based on your experience and expertise, on how the proposed solutions can achieve their business goals.
• Oversee the presales and quotation process from start to finish and be responsible for closing deals and projects.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to deliver content and ensure its effective distribution.
• Play a crucial role in promoting dear digital's mission, vision, and values. 

• You have experience as a business developer in a sales and/or IT environment.
• You radiate passion, entrepreneurship, and are not afraid to make decisions.
• You possess strong communication skills, both with your team and clients.
• You are analytical and able to identify the core message in a large amount of information.
• You have the ability to understand and address customer needs.
• You can combine all these qualities to convincingly convey your message to the customer.
• You value teamwork.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.
• You’re not afraid of complexity and love solving business challenges.
