• • Analyze end-to-end processes of standard complexity within the area of expertise for which they are responsible, and formulate proposals to improve them as well as the related procedures. Develop and implement procedural changes and monitor the quality of their execution to ensure optimal support for the team and the business.
• Supervise and support the management of accounting or banking transactional files within their area of expertise in order to meet business needs.
• Perform quality controls on accounting or banking transactions related to their area of expertise.
• Participate in the implementation of internal improvement projects to increase team efficiency.
• Monitor laws and regulations and ensure their correct implementation within their domain in order to comply with current quality standards and legal requirements.
• Participate in the implementation, management, and improvement of IT tools and applications to ensure the team has adequate and high-performing systems, and act as a key user for one or more applications.
• Analyze new trends and developments in their area of expertise and translate them into the team's environment in order to achieve best-in-practice processes and procedures.
• Facilitate and coordinate internal communication across the different departments of bpost within their area of expertise to ensure transparent and consistent communication flows.
• Deliver internal training sessions (e.g. on new procedures or new tools) to ensure that relevant stakeholders have accurate and up-to-date information and instructions.

• Master's degree

• Minimum required experience for the role: 2 years

• Strong knowledge of the second national language and English
• Technical knowledge required for the position:
• • Good knowledge of the legislation and regulations related to the area of expertise
• In‑depth knowledge in several domains such as accounting (BGAAP) and financial applications, including ERP systems and related software
• Strong command of standard office applications and relevant specialized IT tools
• Good knowledge in at least one area of expertise
• Basic understanding of internal control
• Basic knowledge of project follow‑up and process management
