We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative 3D Designer to lead the design of high, medium, and low voltage substations. The successful candidate will create and develop 3D and 2D designs for various projects, working closely with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and have a keen eye for detail. A strong understanding of industry standards and client requirements is essential.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design Leadership: Oversee the conceptual and detailed design of high, medium, and low voltage substations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
• Design Review Process: Establish and maintain a robust design review process to guarantee that all design work is critically evaluated before submission.
• Template and Library Development: Develop a strategic plan for creating design templates, libraries, and knowledge bases to standardize design processes and enhance overall efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent Design Skills: Proven experience in designing high, medium, and low voltage substations using 3D modeling software.
