Job Title: Technical Support Specialist
NTT DATA is actively seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join one of their clients in Brussels. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid mode, spending two days onsite and three days working from home.
This freelance position requires a senior-level support engineer with expertise in ITIL and various technologies, including Office 365, Active Directory, Cisco, and VPN.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve front-line tickets in a timely manner;
- Train the person in charge of the first line to enhance their skills and reduce the volume of tickets transmitted to the second line;
The successful candidate will be responsible for daily tasks, including:
- Installation and configuration of computers and software;
- Supporting end-users in their daily requests;
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Office365;
- Windows Server;
- Active Directory;
- Cisco;
- Intune;
- Networking;
- VPN;
- Methodologies: ITIL;
Additional responsibilities include:
- Keeping the IT inventory up to date;
- Creating accounts and assigning access to new users;
- Repairing and replacing equipment as needed;
- Testing new technologies;
- Assisting the Business Application Owner in coordinating and testing projects;
- Managing IT assets;
- Participating in the implementation of various projects;
- Cooperating with the IT Manager on various administrative tasks;
Requirements:
- Strong technical background in IT services;
- Excellent communication and coaching skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment;
