IT Infrastructure Specialist

About the Role

Our organization is seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining modern infrastructure solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Server, Active Directory, O365, Azure, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V). Knowledge of networking, security, and monitoring tools is also essential.

This position offers a key role in driving technical ownership of multiple infrastructure projects nationwide.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver various IT infrastructure projects nationwide;
• Configure, maintain, and optimize Microsoft and Cloud environments;
• Ensure system performance, monitoring, and security;
• Act as a key technical point of contact for clients;
• Contribute to the definition of technical standards and architecture improvements;

Your Profile

We are looking for a motivated professional with a minimum 3 years' experience in a similar technical role. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be autonomous and proactive, and have a customer-oriented mindset.
