Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Workplace Strategist to lead our team in driving innovation and excellence in workplace management.

• Define service line goals and priorities with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and goals, ensuring seamless execution and results.
• Deliver a secure, user-friendly, and designed-by-experience digital workplace that meets the evolving needs of our organization.
• Support teams in making informed decisions and implementing strategies that drive business success.
• Anticipate future trends and advancements in Identity & Access Management (IAM) across all environments, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with the security team to ensure secure-by-design solutions and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the go-to expert for teams and stakeholders on IAM and M365 management, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Drive adoption of workplace and IAM solutions through effective change management and communication strategies.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.

Requirements

• A self-motivated attitude with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Leadership and guidance across organizational aspects, with a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams (5-10 years).
• International team experience, with a broad understanding of infrastructure and best practices.
• Expertise in Azure Active Directory, External Identities, MS 365 Services, Conditional Access, and Multi-Factor Authentication.
