Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned architect to lead the development of end-to-end solutions that meet functional, non-functional, security and resilience requirements. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with stakeholders and engineers to design and implement fit-for-purpose solutions.

Description

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working on large-scale transformation projects, designing, developing and deploying mission-critical systems in complex organizations. You will work closely with senior management, Enterprise Architects and Domain Architects to develop strategic position papers and reference architectures.

Your expertise will be valuable in breaking down complex problems into manageable pieces and providing pragmatic recommendations adapted to our company context. You should be able to effectively communicate and advocate for architecture recommendations to project teams and senior business and IT management.

In this role, you will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring new members of the team on how to apply solution architecture and understand domain complexities.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in the IT industry
  • Proven experience working with senior management
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent communication and advocacy skills
