Chief Technology Strategist

Key Senior IT Architect Role
We are seeking a senior-level technical leader to head our project team.
Your dual key role
Technical Strategist:
You design, implement, and monitor the architecture (focusing on Java EE, Angular, and Service-Oriented Architecture), from concept to delivery.
Team Lead:

You lead a team of front- and back-end developers, conduct code reviews, and translate functional requirements into concrete tasks.


This position requires a proven track record of leadership in software development, with expertise in modern technology stacks including Docker, OpenShift, Jenkins, and Agile methodologies. Proficiency in Dutch is essential for effective communication with stakeholders.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in Java Development
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Angular (or JSF)
• Proven leadership experience in software development teams
• In-depth knowledge of Service-Oriented Architecture, Java EE, Spring Boot, and databases (PostgreSQL/Oracle)
Familiarity with Our Stack
• Docker
• OpenShift
• Jenkins
• Agile methodologies
