Vital Security Professional Wanted

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Security Manager to join our team. As a Security Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our operations and providing guidance to site management on security issues.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Provide advisory services to management on security matters
• Implement new projects and upgrades to improve security
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Belgian Generation perimeter
• Evaluate compliance with EU/Country legislation and Group Policies and Standards
• Develop and maintain security standards, procedures, and tools for risk analysis, incident management, and guarding
• Act as the main contact for the Brussels Control Center and coordinate physical security measures
• Protect sensitive information by raising staff awareness and ensuring compliance with Group information classification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in law enforcement, military, private security, HSE, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in security or a related field
• Strong technical background to develop and follow up on security projects and upgrades
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Dutch or French and working knowledge of the other language and English
