Green Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical individual to join our team as a Green Project Coordinator.

• You will be responsible for translating plans, drawings, bills of quantities, and specifications into accurate cost estimates.
• Additionally, you will analyze execution possibilities and develop practical alternatives.
• Your role will involve advising on the most feasible, profitable, and efficient approach for projects.
• You will also identify financial and technical risks and contribute ideas for improvements and innovations.

To succeed in this position, you must enjoy analyzing, planning, calculating, and collaborating, bringing structure to complex files. You should have:

• A bachelor's or university-level degree in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical skills, numerically proficient, and precise.
• Excellent organizational and structured skills, even when handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• A problem-solving and proactive mindset.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with colleagues, suppliers, and clients.
• An independent and responsible work ethic.
• The ability to learn and adapt quickly, with room to develop new knowledge and skills.
