Senior IT Project Manager - Large Scale Projects

Job Description:

• As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing large-scale IT projects from initiation to delivery.
• You will work closely with customers to gather requirements and ensure that the project is delivered on time.
• Developing a project plan according to a specific methodology (Prince 2 or Agile) to deliver the project within the set timeframe.
• Validating the project plan in steering committee meetings.
• Scheduling resources needs in collaboration with concerned team leaders.
• Tracking and monitoring the project budget at all times.
• Following up on risks and issues, including mitigation actions and escalations.
• Ensuring quality in project deliverables and governance, measuring results, KPIs, and monthly key events.
• Building good relations with all stakeholders of the project.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Between 7-10 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager in IT projects.
• Proficient using Project Management methodologies (Prince 2 or PMBOK) and Agile (Scrum).
• Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Clarity, Jira).
• Fluent in French and English; a good knowledge of Dutch is also required.
• Polyvalent and able to adapt easily to quickly changing environments.
• Rigorous, customer-oriented, and having high communication skills and analytical skills.
