IT Program Director

We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead and oversee cross-functional projects with organization-wide impact. This role involves managing complex programs from concept to evaluation, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, timing, and quality standards.

• Develop a program roadmap comprising multiple interrelated projects.
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure effective people management.
• Define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Assign roles and responsibilities within project teams.
• Identify and manage risks and issues affecting project delivery.
• Clarify high-level scope and ensure technical synergy across sub-projects.

• Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent through experience.
• 10 years of experience in Portfolio, Program, and Project Management within the IT sector.
• Proficient in Planview, MS Project, or equivalent tools.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise governance tools.
• ITIL Certified with at least 5 years of hands-on ITIL practice.
• SAFe Certified Consultant with an agile mindset.
• Certified in Prince2, PMI, or equivalent project management methodologies.
