Food Procurement Manager We are seeking an experienced food procurement manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in procurement and be able to develop and implement effective strategies to optimize our supply chain. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our food procurement process, from sourcing and purchasing to delivery and payment. They will work closely with our production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure that we receive the best possible products at the lowest prices. The key responsibilities of this role include: 
  • Developing and implementing effective procurement strategies to optimize our supply chain.
  • Managing our food procurement process, including sourcing, purchasing, delivery, and payment.
  • Working closely with our production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with supplier performance and market fluctuations.
  • Analyzing data to inform procurement decisions and drive business growth.
 The ideal candidate will have: 
  • At least 3 years of experience in a procurement role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, with experience working with databases and spreadsheets.
