Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to identify, cultivate, and solicit major gifts from legacy and major donors

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives
- Analyze data and metrics to inform fundraising strategies and optimize results

Requirements:
- Proven experience in major gift fundraising, preferably in the non-profit sector
- Strong understanding of philanthropy, donor dynamics, and fundraising principles
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
