Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled professional to oversee the transition of construction projects to the operational maintenance phase, ensuring quality and efficiency.

• Develop and implement optimized maintenance strategies and risk analyses to guarantee cost-effective and sustainable maintenance policies.
• Monitor the lifespan of technical installations and advise on maintenance measures based on data analysis.
• Lead discussions with contractors and stakeholders to ensure the quality and performance of maintenance work.

Requirements:

• A degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience in maintenance management and affinity with digitalization and data-driven asset management.
• Analytical skills to structure and optimize complex maintenance processes.
• A proactive and team-oriented mindset to realize sustainable infrastructure solutions.
• Experience with contract management is also highly valued.
