Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Major Projects Director to oversee the execution of high-profile projects within the Benelux region. This role entails ensuring uniformity and adherence to client-specific standards, involving coordination with commercial, technical, and service teams for seamless project handovers.

• Coordinate information exchange between teams during the delivery phase to guarantee a smooth commercial process.
• Ensure consistency in major project delivery and adherence to client-specific standards.
• Serve as primary point of contact for strategic clients on project-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Management: Act as primary point of contact for strategic clients, providing expert guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

• Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

• Proven track record of leading complex projects in demanding environments.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong influencing and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
