Manufacturing SAP S/4HANA Specialist

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA migration specialist to lead the implementation of our Manufacturing SAP PP-PI module. This role involves ensuring seamless integration and operation of our new system, enhancing productivity and compliance within our biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes.

Main Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between local manufacturing teams and the SAP project team, facilitating collaboration and information exchange.

• Coordinate workshops, meetings, testing, and training sessions related to the SAP PP-PI module, ensuring effective communication with end-users.

• Analyze and document current manufacturing processes and workflows, developing detailed process maps and documentation to support the migration.

• Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality and data integrity, identifying and resolving issues during the testing phase.

• Provide training and support to end-users on the new SAP S/4HANA functionalities, developing tailored training materials and user guides.

• Serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting and support post-implementation, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.

• Support change management initiatives, communicating changes and updates effectively to all end-users and monitoring the progress of the migration project.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (3-5 years) as a key user with SAP PP-PI is mandatory, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and experience in validation aspects in a GxP environment.

• Experience integrating with other solutions, such as Planning & Scheduling tools (Opm), Reporting and Dashboarding (SAP BI, Qlik Sense, Power BI), is highly desirable.

• Fluency in French and good knowledge of English are required, with proficiency in process mapping and documentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
