About the Role

We are seeking a talented professional to join our IT team in a leading advocate organisation where you can make a meaningful impact in shaping the future of wind energy.

Key Responsibilities

• Internal user support
• Configuration and maintenance of IT equipment
• Maintenance of user accounts
• IT onboarding for newcomers

Main Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Hardware configuration and maintenance (PC, mobile phones, tablets)
• Creation and maintenance of user accounts
• IT support (1st line)
• Assistance to the IT Team in IT projects
• Administrative assistance to the IT Team (creating/updating IT documentation, ordering small equipment, updating IT inventories, creating purchase orders, etc.)

Experience and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, the candidate should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent job experience
• Circa 2 years of previous professional experience

IT Skills

The successful candidate should have:

• Experience in configuration and maintenance of IT equipment (Windows, iOS)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure environment
• Familiarity with SharePoint
• Familiarity with scripting, PowerShell and other administrator tools
• Proficiency in other Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
• Familiarity with Teamviewer or other remote support tools

Languages

The ideal candidate should have a very good level of English (written and spoken) and may also have French or Dutch language skills.
