- Linux server system administration is a key responsibility, encompassing AlmaLinux, Proxmox, Debian, and other distributions.
- The position requires expertise in scripting and automation tools such as bash, Ansible, and Python.
- Maintenance and monitoring of log management systems are essential duties.
- Security alerts must be promptly handled and responded to.
- Enforcing and supporting security policies and best practices is critical.
- Internal security audits are conducted, with follow-up on identified findings.
- Incidents are reported, and mitigation support is provided.
- Disaster recovery and business continuity plans are developed.
- Enhancing security awareness within the research center is an ongoing objective.
Requirements and Qualifications- A Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity or equivalent experience.
- A strong desire to learn, flexibility, and motivation to work in a dynamic multidisciplinary environment.
- Analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot, and a preference for working in a supportive role.
- Proactivity and independence, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Good oral and written English language proficiency.
- Adherence to quality, integrity, creativity, and cooperation principles.
- A passion for open-source software.
- Ethical hacker mindset.
- Academic experience is a valuable asset.
