Senior Process Implementation Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Process Implementation Specialist to strengthen our team.

• Execute CRM prequalification processes by leading front-line operational activities and collaborating closely with KAM Adequacy and product architects.


• Proactively manage operational questions, ensuring accurate application of organized processes, and involving relevant departments within the organization.


• Dispatch specific issues outside of process to KAM Adequacy and provide feedback on potential improvements with added value to the implementation team and written processes.


• Lead the implementation of process improvements or new processes related to the CRM through analysis, proposal development, and business need description in collaboration with product architects and business analysts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will need:

• A master's degree in economics or engineering or equivalent experience.


• Excellent communication skills, being trilingual (FR/NL/EN) - spoken and written.


• The ability to solve problems, knowing when to act, delegate, or follow established processes.


• Attention to detail and procedural accuracy in an evolving environment.


• Customer orientation, independence, and strong teamwork skills.


• Proficiency in MS Office.
