Business Systems Integration Specialist


Job Description

As a key member of the project team, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between functional and technical aspects within an industrial context.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reverse engineering and stakeholder management, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success.


Required Skills & Qualifications



  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Functional Analysis

  • Strong communication skills with ability to translate customer needs into functional descriptions

  • Experience in software and hardware projects, with emphasis on collaboration and stakeholder engagement

  • Excellent soft skills, including rational decision-making, calm under pressure, and a needs-based approach

  • The ability to work effectively as part of a dynamic project team is crucial.

    • A large percentage of your work will involve reverse engineering - analysing existing systems or products - so that we can see how they have been made. This often involves taking things apart!
