Expert Functional Analyst Role

About the Job

We are seeking a seasoned functional analyst with extensive experience in Agile methodologies and complex IT projects. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that functional solutions align perfectly with strategic objectives.

Your Responsibilities

From Backlog to Production:

• Guide projects and teams from initial backlog refinement through to the final go-live and incident management.

Agile Governance:

• Write detailed User Stories (including User Story Mapping), coordinate all Scrum ceremonies, and oversee the development cycle.

Stakeholder Management:

• Effectively bring together diverse stakeholders and leverage your soft skills to guarantee project success.

Documentation and Management:

• Handle release management and meticulously maintain all relevant project documentation.

Agile Leadership:

• Actively coach and lead the agile team.

Your Profile

You hold a Master's degree in Computer Science and possess a solid 20 years of experience in functional analysis of IT projects.

You are trilingual (Dutch, French, English) and proficient in Agile, UML, BPMN, and Kanban.

You have profound experience in Scrum and hold a Professional Scrum Master certification or equivalent experience.

You are familiar with common technology frameworks such as Java, Spring, Hibernate, JUnit, SQL, Log4j, JSON, Rest, and GIT.

A plus would be knowledge of and experience with Java development and Cloud projects.
