As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that functional solutions align perfectly with strategic objectives. /ph2Your Responsibilities /h2pFrom Backlog to Production: /pulliGuide projects and teams from initial backlog refinement through to the final go-live and incident management. /li /ulpAgile Governance: /pulliWrite detailed User Stories (including User Story Mapping), coordinate all Scrum ceremonies, and oversee the development cycle. /li /ulpStakeholder Management: /pulliEffectively bring together diverse stakeholders and leverage your soft skills to guarantee project success. /li /ulpDocumentation and Management: /pulliHandle release management and meticulously maintain all relevant project documentation. /li /ulpAgile Leadership: /pulliActively coach and lead the agile team. /li /ulh2Your Profile /h2pYou hold a Master's degree in Computer Science and possess a solid 20 years of experience in functional analysis of IT projects. /ppYou are trilingual (Dutch, French, English) and proficient in Agile, UML, BPMN, and Kanban. /ppYou have profound experience in Scrum and hold a Professional Scrum Master certification or equivalent experience. /ppYou are familiar with common technology frameworks such as Java, Spring, Hibernate, JUnit, SQL, Log4j, JSON, Rest, and GIT. /ppA plus would be knowledge of and experience with Java development and Cloud projects. /ph2What We Offer /h2pOpportunities for professional growth and development /ppFlexible work arrangements /ppCompetitive compensation package /p
