Digital Transformation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Architect to join our team in Brussels. This is a remote, far-site position that requires the candidate to work with European institutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining enterprise architecture blueprints, creating architectural decision records, and defining long-term architecture visions.

• Developing and maintaining enterprise architecture blueprints using ARIS software
• Creating architectural decision records and solution architecture documents
• Defining and maintaining long-term architecture visions
• Aligning architecture with business strategy and enabling digital transformation
• Ensuring consistency and integration across enterprise systems

• Knowledge and practical understanding of ServiceNow platform, including HR Service Delivery component, App Engine, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Development
• Demonstrated knowledge and practical understanding of core Human Resources processes, including recruitment, onboarding, talent management, and employee lifecycle management
• At least one recognized certification in Enterprise Architecture, such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, or Zachman Certified Enterprise Architect
