ERP System Administrator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ERP Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our ERP system, ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in industrial or civil engineering, with knowledge of production logistics or financial management. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, with French being an asset. Proven experience with ERP systems, particularly Glovia, Power BI, and Access, is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve data quality, including loading and updating data via Access
• Monitor data integrity and ensure compliance
• Provide user support and follow up on support cases
• Document processes, create user guides, and deliver demos
• Manage users and licenses for ERP and related tools
• Support reporting and documentation of system functionalities
• Collaborate on customizations and system improvements
