Mediahuis is seeking an experienced Digital Workplace Manager to strengthen our Infrastructure Team within Technology & Product Studio (TPS). We believe you could be the perfect fit.

Your Impact

As a Digital Workplace Manager, you will shape our international organization in workplace management and digital identity areas.

Your Role Includes:

• You define service line goals and share priorities with teams.
• You translate strategy into actionable plans and goals.
• You deliver workplace and identity as a product with security and user experience by design.
• You support other teams in making business decisions and implementing strategies.
• You proactively think about Identity & Access Management (IAM) future in all environments (cloud and on premise), focusing on applying security standards and best practices.
• You collaborate with security team to ensure secure-by-design solutions and compliance with relevant regulations.
• You act as go-to person for other teams and business stakeholders regarding IAM and M365 management. You're able to translate their needs into technical solutions and collaborate to find right fit.
• You drive adoption of workplace and IAM solutions through effective change management, communication, and user engagement strategies.
• You enable cross-team collaboration and knowledge sharing;
• You engage with key business stakeholders across departments to align priorities, manage expectations, and translate business needs into technology initiatives.
• You ensure well-being, motivation, and performance of people within service line teams.
