Lead Digital Transformation Expert

We're seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead our digital transformation efforts.

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in software development and enterprise architecture, with a strong background in technical project management, digital delivery, or technology consulting.

They will possess expertise in areas such as enterprise architecture, solution architecture, data architecture, ERP/CRM/SCP architecture, integration architecture, and cloud-native architecture.

A strong understanding of data concepts, including management, security, governance, database, integration, and quality, is also essential.

In addition, experience with modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and proficiency in reporting and analytics are highly valued.

Fluency in English, Dutch, and/or French is required.

• 5-7+ years' experience in software development and enterprise architecture, technical project management, digital delivery, or technology consulting
• Experience working in the consulting industry
• Expertise with topics such as enterprise architecture, solution architecture, data architecture, ERP/CRM/SCP architecture, integration architecture, and cloud-native architecture
• Strong understanding of data concepts, including management, security, governance, database, integration, and quality
• Modern cloud exposure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience in reporting and analytics is welcome
• Fluent English, Dutch, and/or French

You will work together with a bold, energetic, and collaborative team. You will be in position to interact with clients and help them make the complex technological shift in a fast-paced and digital world. You will develop and grow by being exposed to complex and very exciting problems.

You will assess and coach our clients' technology teams, define digital roadmap strategies, and architecture options in multiple contexts. Together with our clients, you will develop strong digital and technology concepts and support technical implementations actively.
