Airport Systems Leader

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Department Manager to lead our Airport Systems team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, leading, coordinating, and controlling all offers, projects, and related business activities within the department.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and experience in managing diverse teams. You will work closely with our technical teams to develop and implement technical solutions, and ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the business strategy and vision for the department
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• Lead and coordinate HR-related activities within the department
• Manage and motivate team members to achieve goals and objectives
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Master's degree in engineering, industrial automation, or IT
• 5-10 years of experience in ICT, digital, or automation environment
• 10 years of experience in project-driven environments, including HSEQ aspects
• Rigorous change management experience
• Contract management experience
• Experience in people management and leadership
• Proven track record of success in similar roles
