Job Description

We are seeking an experienced cybersecurity professional to lead and coordinate our organization's cybersecurity initiatives. The Cybersecurity Program Manager will be responsible for defining and managing a comprehensive security roadmap, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and strengthening the overall security posture.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cybersecurity program or project management, with strong knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and risk management practices.

Responsibilities include:

• Defining and managing the cybersecurity strategy and roadmap.
• Coordinating and monitoring security projects across IT and business teams.
• Conducting risk assessments and ensuring compliance with security standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO).
• Organizing and facilitating governance and steering committees.
• Producing reports, KPIs, and documentation to track progress and compliance.
• Promoting a security-first culture and raising awareness across the organization.

Requirements

The following qualifications are required:

• Proven experience in cybersecurity program or project management.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and risk management practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills.
• Ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and French and/or Dutch.

Preferred Certifications

Candidates with the following certifications will be given preference:

• CISSP - Certified Information Systems Security Professional.
• CISM - Certified Information Security Manager.
• ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Auditor.
• PMI or PRINCE2 certification (for program/project management).
